BOYNTON BEACH, FL, UNITED STATES, November 3, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- J&J Mobility Inc., operating as Joï Ride, welcomes strategic investors, financial institutions, stablecoin issuers and transportation partners to advance RideOwn, a prepaid mobility model connecting transportation capacity with financial infrastructure.

Through RideOwn, customers purchase Miles in advance, hold them in their wallets, and use or share them for transportation. Purchasing ahead secures the distance rate for those Miles, providing budget certainty and protection against future rate increases—with no surge pricing.

Your Miles. Your Way.

An economic chain built around mobility

Joï Ride’s development strategy connects three capabilities: coordination, pricing and settlement. Customers bring prepaid demand, participating providers supply transportation capacity, and verified service records connect completed movement with financial reconciliation.

Prepaid purchases generate cash ahead of service delivery, alongside an obligation to fulfill the transportation purchased. Joï Ride’s treasury strategy is designed to manage that interval through liquidity planning and permitted short-duration investments, keeping funds available for service obligations while pursuing additional treasury income.

The company’s stablecoin strategy connects this treasury architecture with digital settlement, enabling participating operators to receive payments through integrated financial infrastructure. Joï Ride welcomes collaboration on payment rails, custody, reserve management and a Joï Ride-branded payment stablecoin issued through an authorized structure.

“People should be able to plan their transportation with the same intention they bring to the rest of their budget,” said Garçon Thomas Bernavil, a former U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant, MBA graduate, and founder and CEO of J&J Mobility Inc. “RideOwn brings that purchasing power into a connected economic chain—from Miles purchased to transportation delivered and providers paid.”

Verified movement. Connected value.

Joï Ride’s proprietary Proof of Mobility (PoM) framework connects completed trips with verifiable distance and service records, supported by NETA verification standards and FETA financial eligibility controls. These records support Miles reconciliation, operator settlement and JON, Joï Ride’s digital mobility reward token.

The framework advances the company’s vision for verified real-world activity (VRWA): connecting physical transportation with traceable digital records and clearly defined economic rights.

Beginning locally. Building for a connected future.

Joï Ride’s 90-day Palm Beach County pilot is targeted for December 1, 2026, beginning with professional W-2 drivers and a planned fleet of mid-size electric SUVs where comfort is the standard. Its broader roadmap connects ground, air and water transportation, including future autonomous vehicle and electric air taxi partnerships.

Implementation will follow applicable licensing, reserve, custody and consumer-protection requirements.

“We welcome partners who see the opportunity to build both the transportation network and the financial infrastructure behind it,” Bernavil added. “The pilot proves the service. The next stage proves the business. Then we scale the network.”
